- 2
Form the Patties
In a bowl, shape the ground beef into two equal patties. Season both sides with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip the patties, then place 2 slices of American cheese on each patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the meat is cooked to your preference.
- 4
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each brioche bun, spread 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing. Place one cheese-covered patty on each bun, followed by 3 slices of crispy bacon. Top with the top half of the brioche bun.
Waffle Fries Directions
- 5
Heat the Oil
In a deep pot or fryer, heat the vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).
- 6
Cook the Waffle Fries
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the frozen waffle fries in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- 7
Season the Fries
While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.
