Method

Base Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Whisk together until well mixed.

  3. 3

    Add Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, beat the eggs, then add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

  4. 4

    Pour into Pan

Pour the batter into the greased baking pan and spread evenly.

Filling Preparation

  1. 5

    Prepare Filling

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until combined. Add the egg yolk and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

  2. 6

    Add Filling

Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the brownie batter in the pan, spreading it gently to cover the surface.

Baking

  1. 7

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

  2. 8

    Cool Down

Allow to cool in the pan for at least 15 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Topping Preparation

  1. 9

    Add Toppings

Once cooled, cut into squares. Top each square with a dollop of whipped cream, a sprinkle of chocolate chips, and a drizzle of chocolate sauce.
