Salad Preparation

    Prepare the Vegetables

    Wash and dry the lettuce. Tear it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a bowl.

    Slice the Tomato

    Wash the tomato and slice it into thin rounds. Set aside.

    Slice the Red Onion

    Peel the red onion and slice it thinly. Set aside.

    Prepare the Pickles

    Drain the pickles, if using whole pickles, slice them into thin rounds or spears.

Assembling the Sandwich

    Spread the Mayonnaise

    Take one brioche bun and spread 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the bottom half.

    On the mayonnaise-covered bun, layer the lettuce, tomato slices, red onion, and pickles.

    Spread 1.5 tablespoons of mayonnaise on the top half of the brioche bun and place it on top of the layered vegetables.
