Method

For the Chicken Sandwich

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

  3. 3

    Add Swiss Cheese

In the last minute of grilling, place a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Avocado

While the chicken is grilling, slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Slice it into thin pieces.

  5. 5

    Slice the Tomato

Wash the tomato and slice it into round pieces.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Sandwich

Spread honey mustard on the bottom half of each wheat bun. Add lettuce leaves, the grilled chicken with melted Swiss, avocado slices, and tomato slices on top. Finish with the top half of the bun.

For the Waffle Fries

  1. 7

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the waffle fries package, usually around 425°F (220°C).

  2. 8

    Prepare the Fries

In a mixing bowl, toss the frozen waffle fries with olive oil, salt, and paprika until evenly coated.

  3. 9

    Bake the Fries

Spread the seasoned waffle fries in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
