Preparing the Garlic Butter

Make the Garlic Butter
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 1 stick of unsalted butter. Add minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in chopped parsley and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
Cooking the Ribeye

Season and Cook the Ribeye
Pat the ribeye steak dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the steak and season generously with Cajun seasoning. Heat a skillet over high heat until very hot. Sear the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is achieved. Remove from skillet and let rest for 5 minutes.
Preparing Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Mash the Potatoes
Add 3 cloves of minced garlic, 4 tbs of unsalted butter, and 1 cup of milk to the cooked potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Steaming the Broccoli

Steam the Broccoli
In a steamer basket over boiling water, add 2 cups of broccoli florets. Cover and steam for about 5-7 minutes until bright green and tender. Drizzle with 1 tbs of olive oil and sprinkle with salt before serving.
