Preparing the Cumin Mayo

Make the Cumin Mayo
In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, ground cumin, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste. Set aside.
Cooking the Turkey and Bacon

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the applewood smoked bacon slices. Cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.

Cook the Ground Turkey
In the same skillet with the bacon drippings, add ground turkey. Season with salt and black pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
Preparing Pico de Gallo

Make the Pico de Gallo
Chop tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped ingredients with lime juice and salt. Mix well and let sit for a few minutes for flavors to meld.
Assembling the Southwest Turkey

Assemble the Dish
On a serving plate, layer the cooked ground turkey, topped with crispy bacon, spicy pepperjack cheese, and fresh lettuce. Add sliced avocado and a generous dollop of cumin mayo. Finish with a spoonful of pico de gallo on top.
