Ham, cheddar cheese, fresh tomatoes, and arugula.

Sliced turkey, lettuce, tomato, and mustard in a whole wheat wrap.

Select and harvest the Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc grapes, ensuring that they are affected by Noble Rot to enhance the sweetness and complexity.

Gently press the harvested grapes to extract the juice. The pressing should be done delicately to avoid extracting excessive tannins.

Add the yeast to the pressed juice to initiate fermentation. Stir gently to ensure even distribution.

Allow the juice to ferment at a controlled temperature of around 18-20°C for about 3-4 weeks until fermentation is complete.

After fermentation, add sulfites to stabilize the wine and prevent unwanted microbial growth.

Transfer the wine into oak barrels for aging. Allow it to age for a minimum of 12 months to develop its unique flavors.

Once aged, carefully filter and bottle the wine. Seal the bottles and label them appropriately.
