Prepare the Glass

    Rim the Glass

    Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass to moisten it, then dip the rim into a plate of coarse sea salt until fully coated.

Mix the Margarita

    Combine Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of tequila, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 oz of triple sec, and 0.5 oz of agave syrup.

    Shake

    Fill the shaker with ice and shake well for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Serve

    Strain and Pour

    Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

    Garnish

    Garnish with a slice of lime on the rim of the glass.
