Marinade
Pork Chops
Method
Marinade Preparation
- 1
Make the Marinade
In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, black pepper, salt, and chopped rosemary until well combined.
- 2
Marinate the Pork Chops
Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the pork chops, seal the bag, and ensure the chops are well coated. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for the best flavor.
Grilling
- 3
Prepare the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (200°C).
- 4
Remove Pork Chops from Marinade
Take the pork chops out of the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
- 5
Grill the Pork Chops
Place the pork chops on the grill and cook for 6-7 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 6
Rest and Serve
Once done, remove the pork chops from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute.
