Spicy Seaweed Salad

Prepare the seaweed
Soak the dried seaweed in warm water for about 10 minutes until it becomes soft. Drain and squeeze out excess water.

Mix the dressing
In a bowl, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and red pepper flakes. Mix well.

Combine ingredients
Chop the softened seaweed into bite-sized pieces. Add to the dressing along with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Toss to combine.
Squid Salad

Prepare the squid
Clean and slice the fresh squid into rings. Rinse under cold water and drain.

Make the salad
In a bowl, combine lime juice, fish sauce, chili paste, and chopped cilantro. Add the squid rings and mix well.

Add cucumber
Dice the cucumber and fold it into the squid mixture. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Thai Chili Crusted Tuna

Prepare the tuna
Season the tuna steaks with salt and black pepper. Spread Thai chili paste evenly over the top of each steak.

Fry the wontons
Once the oil is hot, carefully add the wonton wrappers in batches. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels.
