Prepare the Pork Chops
Using a sharp knife, create a pocket in each pork chop by slicing horizontally into the side. Stuff each chop with the cornbread mixture, pressing gently to close.

Make the Maple Jus
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and maple syrup. Bring to a simmer, scraping up the brown bits from the bottom of the pan. Allow to reduce slightly, then stir in butter until melted.

Bake the Pork Chops
Pour the maple jus over the stuffed pork chops in the baking dish. Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

Serve
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve the stuffed pork chops drizzled with the maple jus.
