Prepare the Meats
Slice the cured salami, smoked ham, and chorizo into thin, bite-sized pieces. Arrange them on a large serving board.

Prepare the Cheeses
Cut the aged cheddar into cubes, slice the brie cheese into wedges, and crumble the blue cheese. Place the cheeses on the same board, spaced out from the meats.

Add Accompaniments
Place the olives and mixed nuts in small bowls and arrange them on the board. Add the fresh baguette, sliced into pieces, and small bowls of honey and fig jam for dipping.
