Cucumber Infused Absolut Citron Vodka

    Infuse the Vodka

    Slice the cucumber thinly and place it in a large glass jar. Pour the Absolut Citron Vodka over the cucumber slices. Seal the jar and let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight for a stronger flavor.

Watermelon Preparation

    Prepare the Watermelon

    Cut the watermelon into cubes and remove any seeds. Using a blender, blend the watermelon cubes until smooth. Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove any pulp.

Housemade Sour Mix

    Make the Sour Mix

    In a small saucepan, combine fresh lemon juice and simple syrup. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warmed through, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool. This can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator.

Assembling the Drink

    Combine and Serve

    In a shaker, combine 2 oz of the cucumber-infused Absolut Citron Vodka, 4 oz of watermelon juice, and 1 oz of the housemade sour mix. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a cucumber slice or a small watermelon wedge.
