Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare for baking the stuffed mushrooms.

Clean the Mushrooms
Gently clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Remove the stems and set them aside for later use.

Finely chop the mushroom stems and set them aside to add to the stuffing mixture.

Prepare the Stuffing
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, chopped mushroom stems, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until the ingredients are well incorporated.

Spoon the stuffing mixture into each mushroom cap, pressing lightly to ensure the stuffing holds together.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms for added flavor.
