Make the Rose Infused Simple Syrup
In a small saucepan, combine equal parts of sugar and water. Add a handful of dried rose petals. Heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 10 minutes, then remove from heat and let it cool. Strain out the rose petals and store the syrup in a sealed container in the refrigerator.

Juice the Lemons
Squeeze fresh lemons to extract 1 oz of lemon juice. Strain to remove any seeds or pulp.
Mixing the Drink

Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine 2 oz of Deep Eddy Vodka, 1 oz of rose infused simple syrup, and 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.

Shake Well
Seal the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an Amarena cherry and, if desired, a lemon wheel and edible rose petals.
