Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Lobster and Shrimp

While the pasta is cooking, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the lobster tails, cook for about 5 minutes on each side until they turn bright red. Remove from the skillet, let cool slightly, and then remove the meat from the shells, chopping it into bite-sized pieces.

  3. 3

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Add the shrimp, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and are cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the heavy cream. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Let the sauce simmer gently for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked pasta, lobster meat, and shrimp to the skillet with the sauce. Toss everything together to ensure the pasta and seafood are well coated in the sauce.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle fresh parsley on top for garnish. Serve immediately while hot.
