Prepare the Cherry Wood Smoke
Soak 1 cup of cherry wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from igniting. Drain the wood chips before using.

Prepare the Glass
Take a rocks glass and fill it with ice to chill while you prepare the cocktail.
Mixing the Cocktail

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing glass, add 2 oz of TOTT Redemption Bourbon and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters.

Add Amarena Cherries
Add 3 pieces of Amarena cherries to the mixing glass. Gently muddle the cherries with the bourbon and bitters to release their flavor.

Stir the Mixture
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.
Smoking the Cocktail

Strain into Glass
Remove the ice from the chilled rocks glass and strain the smoked cocktail mixture into the glass.
Garnish and Serve

Garnish
Twist a piece of orange peel over the cocktail to release the oils, then place it in the glass as a garnish. Optionally, add an additional Amarena cherry on top.
