Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Chicken Cutlets
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the chicken cutlets with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken cutlets until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 2
Prepare the Pizza Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a circular shape, about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough. Cut the cooked chicken cutlets into strips and arrange them over the sauce. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- 4
Bake the Pizza
Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
