Brewing Process
- 1
Mashing
Heat the water to 65-70°C and add the malted barley. Stir and maintain the temperature for about 60 minutes.
- 2
Lautering
After mashing, separate the liquid wort from the grain. This can be done by draining the wort and rinsing the grains with hot water.
- 3
Boiling
Bring the wort to a boil and add hops according to your desired bitterness. Boil for 60 minutes.
- 4
Cooling
Cool the wort quickly to below 30°C using a wort chiller.
- 5
Fermentation
Transfer the cooled wort to a fermentation vessel, add yeast, and seal. Let it ferment for 1-2 weeks at a constant temperature.
- 6
Bottling
After fermentation, add priming sugar, then transfer the beer to bottles. Seal and allow to carbonate for another 1-2 weeks.

Enjoy!
