Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into chunks. Place them in a pot of boiling salted water and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to the pot.

  2. 2

    Mash the Potatoes

Add butter, salt, and pepper to the drained potatoes. Mash until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Asparagus

Trim the ends of the asparagus and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.

  4. 4

    Roast the Salmon

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place salmon fillets on a separate baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Top each fillet with smoked Gouda cheese.

  5. 5

    Cook Together

Place the salmon and asparagus in the oven. Roast for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and the asparagus is tender.

  6. 6

    Add the Crab

Remove the salmon from the oven and top each fillet with jumbo lump crab meat. Return to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes to warm the crab.

  7. 7

    Serve

Plate the mashed potatoes, asparagus, and topped salmon. Enjoy!
