Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a mixing bowl, combine maple syrup, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Quail

Place the quail in a large resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the quail, ensuring they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. 4

    Bake the Quail

Remove the quail from the marinade and place them on a baking sheet. Reserve the marinade for basting. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, basting with the reserved marinade halfway through.

  5. 5

    Add Fresh Herbs

During the last 5 minutes of baking, add fresh rosemary sprigs on top of the quail for added flavor.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes. Serve warm with your choice of side dishes.
