Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster Tails

Using kitchen shears, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping just before the tail fin. Gently pull the meat out to sit on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Garlic Butter

In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 2 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Baste the Lobster

Preheat your grill or broiler. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the lobster meat.

  4. 4

    Cook the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on the grill or under the broiler. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through, basting with more garlic butter halfway through.

  5. 5

    Finish and Serve

Remove from heat, sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley, and serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side.
