Prepare the Pork Chop
Season the Berkshire pork chop with salt and black pepper on both sides. Heat 2 tablespoons of duck fat in a skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the Pork Chop
Once the duck fat is hot, add the pork chop and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

Combine with Cheese
Lower the heat, then stir in the cream cheese until melted. Next, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve
Slice the pork chop and serve it drizzled with the hot cherry pepper fondue. Garnish with fresh parsley.
