Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pork Chop

Season the Berkshire pork chop with salt and black pepper on both sides. Heat 2 tablespoons of duck fat in a skillet over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Sear the Pork Chop

Once the duck fat is hot, add the pork chop and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Remove from skillet and let it rest.

  3. 3

Make the Hot Cherry Pepper Fondue

In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of duck fat and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add hot cherry peppers and cook for another 2 minutes.

  4. 4

    Combine with Cheese

Lower the heat, then stir in the cream cheese until melted. Next, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. 5

    Serve

Slice the pork chop and serve it drizzled with the hot cherry pepper fondue. Garnish with fresh parsley.
