In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and salt. Mix until a dough forms.

Bake the crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the crust for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Combine ingredients
In a saucepan, whisk together the lemon juice, lemon zest, maple syrup, cornstarch, turmeric powder, and plant-based milk.

Cook the lemon curd
Cook the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it thickens and starts to bubble, about 5-7 minutes.

Cool the lemon curd
Once thickened, remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before spreading it on the tart crust.

Prepare the berry mixture
In a small saucepan, combine the mixed berries, maple syrup, and lemon juice. Cook over low heat until the berries soften, about 5-7 minutes.

Using a fork, gently mash the berries to create a chunky sauce. Allow to cool slightly.
