2

Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the Impossible ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

3

Form Meatballs

4

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until they are browned and cooked through.

Garden Marinara

5

Sauté Aromatics

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic cloves and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion is translucent, about 5 minutes.

6

Add Tomatoes

Stir in the canned crushed tomatoes, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.

7

Simmer Sauce

Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add fresh basil leaves towards the end of cooking.

Macaroni

8

Cook Macaroni

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

9

Combine Ingredients

Once the meatballs are done baking, add them to the marinara sauce. Then, combine the cooked macaroni with the meatballs and sauce, stirring to coat.

10

Add Cheese

Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese over the top and allow it to melt slightly before serving.
