Pasta Preparation

Cook the Macaroni
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the macaroni pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat a splash of oil over medium heat. Add the diced bell pepper and broccoli florets, sautéing for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.

Cook the Shrimp
Add the shrimp to the skillet with the vegetables and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat and set aside.

Add the Fried Cod
Gently fold in the flaked fried cod and smoked salmon into the skillet with the vegetables and shrimp. Set aside.
Sauce Preparation

Make the Spicy Cream Sauce
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the cream, sambal oelek, and minced garlic. Stir to combine and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Cook for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Combine Everything
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, sautéed vegetables, seafood mixture, and spicy cream sauce. Stir until everything is well coated.

Melt the Cheese
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top.

Bake the Dish
Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
