Take a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill.

In a cocktail shaker, combine gin, blue curacao, and lemon juice. Shake well.

Strain the mixture into the prepared highball glass filled with ice.

Gently pour tonic water over the mixture.

Brew Espresso
Brew a shot of fresh espresso and let it cool slightly.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, coffee liqueur, freshly brewed espresso, and simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice.

Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass.

Wash and chop the fresh seasonal fruits into bite-sized pieces.

In a large pitcher, combine red wine, orange juice, and brandy.
