    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare Potatoes

    Wash and peel the gold potatoes. Cut them into thin fries.

    Season Fries

    In a large bowl, toss the potato fries with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

    Spread the fries on a baking sheet in a single layer.

    Bake Fries

    Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.

Sunflower Pesto

    Combine Ingredients

    In a food processor, combine sunflower seeds, basil leaves, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.

    Blend Pesto

    Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Curry Ketchup

    Mix Curry Ketchup

    In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, curry powder, and honey until well combined.

Pickled Onion

    Prepare Onion

    Slice the red onion thinly and place it in a jar.

    Make Pickling Liquid

    In a saucepan, combine white vinegar, sugar, and salt. Bring to a simmer and stir until sugar dissolves.

    Pickle Onions

    Pour the hot pickling liquid over the sliced onions in the jar. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
