Mimosa Ingredients

Method

Mimosa Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: Champagne or sparkling wine, fresh orange juice, fresh orange slices, and grenadine if desired.

  2. 2

    Chill the Champagne

If not already chilled, place the Champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours before serving.

  3. 3

    Mix the Mimosa

In a large pitcher, combine 2 cups of fresh orange juice with 4 cups of chilled Champagne or sparkling wine. Stir gently to combine, being careful not to lose too much carbonation.

  4. 4

    Serve the Mimosa

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses, filling them halfway.

  5. 5

    Garnish (Optional)

If desired, add a splash of grenadine to each glass for a touch of sweetness and color. Garnish with a fresh orange slice on the rim of each glass.
