Juicing Instructions

  1. 1

Start by washing all fruits thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or pesticide residues.

  2. 2

Peel the oranges and grapefruits, removing the white pith where possible, then cut them into halves.

  3. 3

Cut the pineapple into quarters, removing the tough skin and core. Cut the flesh into smaller pieces for easier juicing.

  4. 4

Core the apples and cut them into quarters. No need to peel, as the skin contains nutrients.

  5. 5

In a juicer, begin by adding the cranberries followed by the prepared oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, and apple pieces. If your juicer has difficulty with fibrous fruits, you may want to juice the softer fruits first.

  6. 6

Once all the fruits have been juiced, strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp if a smoother texture is desired.

  7. 7

Mix the juice with water to dilute if desired and to adjust sweetness. Taste and add sweetener if needed.

  8. 8

Serve the juice over ice cubes in tall glasses. Optionally, garnish with a slice of fruit on the rim of the glass.
