Method

Preparation

1

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan with oil or line it with parchment paper.

2

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free all-purpose flour, xanthan gum, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk together until well combined.

3

Combine Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, mix the warm water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and eggs (or flax eggs). Whisk until fully blended.

4

Combine Both Mixtures

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Mix well using a spatula or wooden spoon until a thick batter forms. The batter should be somewhat sticky.

5

Transfer to Loaf Pan

Spoon the batter into the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.

6

Bake the Bread

Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

7

Cool and Slice

Once baked, allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, remove it from the pan and let it cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
