Preparation of Lady Fingers

Prepare Espresso Mixture
Brew 1 cup of strong espresso coffee. Allow it to cool slightly, then stir in the coffee liqueur.

Dip Lady Fingers
Quickly dip each lady finger into the espresso mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy. Lay them in a single layer in a rectangular dish.
Mascarpone Mixture

Mix Mascarpone
In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Whip Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.

Sift the cocoa powder into the mixture and fold gently until combined.
Assembly

Layer the Tiramisu
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the first layer of dipped lady fingers. Add another layer of dipped lady fingers, followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
