Method
Prepare the Fries
- 1
Cook the Fries
Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the frozen fries package. Spread the fries evenly on a baking tray and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning halfway through.
Prepare the Beef
- 2
Cook the Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add the beef shoarma. Sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper over the beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Assemble the Kapsalon
- 3
Layer the Ingredients
Once the fries are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving platter. Top with the cooked shoarma beef, then sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the beef.
- 4
Melt the Cheese
Return the platter to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
- 5
Add Toppings
Remove from the oven and drizzle the creamy garlic dill sauce and curry ketchup over the top. Add the pickled onions, diced tomato, sliced cucumber, and arugula on top.
