Tea Base

Method

Tea Preparation

  1. 1

    Steep the Tea

In a small pot, bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add the Earl Grey tea and dried lavender flowers. Let steep for 5-7 minutes.

  2. 2

    Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea mixture into a mug, discarding the tea leaves and lavender.

Milk Preparation

  1. 3

    Steam the Milk

In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat until hot but not boiling. You can also use a milk frother to steam the milk.

  2. 4

    Mix in Chlorophyll

Once the milk is heated, remove it from the heat and stir in the alfalfa chlorophyll until well combined.

Final Assembly

  1. 5

    Combine the Ingredients

Pour the steamed milk mixture into the mug with the steeped tea, stirring gently to combine.

  2. 6

    Serve and Enjoy

Your Amsterdam Fog is ready! Enjoy it warm, and consider garnishing with a few lavender flowers for an extra touch.
