Guacamole

Method

Guacamole

  1. 1

    Prepare the Avocados

Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

  2. 2

    Mash the Avocados

Using a fork or a potato masher, mash the avocado until creamy but still a bit chunky.

  3. 3

    Mix in Other Ingredients

Add lime juice, salt, diced tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro to the mashed avocado. Stir until combined.

  4. 4

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the guacamole and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.

Hummus

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and salt.

  2. 6

    Blend Until Smooth

Process the ingredients until smooth. If the hummus is too thick, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until desired consistency is reached.

  3. 7

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the hummus and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

  1. 8

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 9

    Mix Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the thawed spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.

  3. 10

    Transfer to Baking Dish

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. 11

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and lightly golden on top.

  5. 12

    Serve Warm

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving warm with chips or vegetables.
