Slider Patties

Toppings

Method

Prepare the Slider Patties

1

Mix the Beef

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until the spices are evenly distributed.

2

Form the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into three equal portions and shape them into small patties, about 1 inch thick. Make a slight indentation in the center of each patty to prevent them from puffing up while cooking.

Cook the Onions

3

Sauté the Onions

Slice the medium onion into thin rings. In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and sauté for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are caramelized and golden brown.

Cook the Sliders

4

Grill the Patties

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the slider patties for about 3-4 minutes on one side. Flip them, and place a slice of cheese on top of each patty. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked to your desired doneness.

Assemble the Sliders

5

Build the Sliders

Place each cooked patty on a slider bun. Top with sautéed onions, ketchup, and mustard to taste. Add the top bun to complete the slider.
