Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne or sparkling wine in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

Prepare Orange Juice
Squeeze fresh oranges to make 2 cups of orange juice or use pre-packaged juice if preferred. If using fresh juice, strain to remove pulp for a smoother texture.
Mixing the Mimosa

Combine Ingredients
In a carafe, combine 1 part chilled champagne or sparkling wine to 1 part fresh orange juice. For a stronger drink, adjust the ratio to 2 parts champagne to 1 part juice.

Add Optional Ingredients
If desired, add 1 cup of fresh berries, 1 cup of peach juice, or 2 tablespoons of grenadine for added flavor and color. Stir gently to combine.

Pour the mimosa mixture into champagne flutes or glasses. Garnish with a slice of orange or a few berries on the rim if desired. Enjoy your refreshing mimosa!
