Prepare Taco Shells
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Arrange taco shells on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy.

Prepare Tostada Shells
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Fry tostada shells one at a time for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

Prepare Corn Tortillas
Warm corn tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Cook Ground Beef
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add 500 grams of ground beef, season with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook for about 8-10 minutes until browned and cooked through.

Shred Chicken
If using rotisserie chicken, shred the meat off the bones. If cooking from raw, boil chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 20-25 minutes, then shred with a fork.

Heat Black Beans
In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of black beans over medium heat until warmed through. Season with salt and pepper.

Chop and prepare the toppings: shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, and slice jalapeños.

Choose your base (taco, tostada, or enchilada). Add your choice of protein on top, followed by the desired toppings such as lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, guacamole, and salsa.
