Coffee Base

Method

Coffee Preparation

  1. 1

    Brew Cold Brew Coffee

In a large jar or pitcher, combine the coarse ground coffee and water. Stir gently to ensure all coffee grounds are saturated.

  2. 2

    Steep the Coffee

Cover the jar or pitcher and let it steep in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.

  3. 3

    Strain the Coffee

After steeping, strain the coffee through a fine mesh sieve or coffee filter into another container to remove the grounds.

Cocktail Assembly

  1. 4

    Mix the Cocktail

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the cold brew coffee, tequila, fresh lime juice, and agave syrup. Shake well until chilled.

  2. 5

    Build the Drink

In a glass filled with ice, pour the cocktail mixture, followed by the soda water and lemon-lime soda.

  3. 6

    Add Blueberry Puree

Gently pour the blueberry puree over the drink to create a layered effect.

  4. 7

    Garnish

Garnish the drink with fresh lemon slices and top with your preferred energy drink.
