Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper.

  3. 3

    Prepare Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until well combined.

Cooking

  1. 4

    Coat the Chicken

Dip each piece of chicken into the wet mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly in the dry mix. Place coated chicken on a plate.

  2. 5

    Heat the Oil

In a deep frying pan or pot, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  3. 6

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully add the coated chicken pieces to the hot oil. Fry in batches for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a slotted spoon to transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Sauce Preparation

  1. 7

    Make the Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Stir in the buffalo sauce and honey, mixing well. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.

  2. 8

    Coat the Chicken in Sauce

Place the fried chicken pieces in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce mixture over them. Toss to coat evenly.

Serving

  1. 9

    Garnish and Serve

Transfer the wings to a serving platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with celery sticks and ranch dressing on the side.
