Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling

Mix the Cream Cheese Mixture
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Use a hand mixer or a whisk to blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Fruits and Nuts
Gently fold in the sliced strawberries, blueberries, sliced banana, and chopped walnuts into the cream cheese mixture until evenly distributed.
Prepare the French Toast

Make the Batter
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, ground cinnamon, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Stuff the Bread
Take each slice of bread and cut a pocket into the side. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each pocket, filling them generously.

Cook the French Toast
Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter. Once melted, dip each stuffed slice of bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides, and place it on the skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
