Method

Preparing the Pasta

  1. 1

    Cook the Spaghetti

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Preparing the Meatballs and Protein

  1. 2

    Make the Meatballs

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Form into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.

  2. 3

    Cook the Chicken

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and slice.

  3. 4

    Sauté the Shrimp

In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Preparing the Sauce

  1. 5

    Make the White Wine Sauce

In the same skillet, add the white wine and bring to a simmer. Allow it to reduce by half. Stir in the sliced olives, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, and crumbled feta cheese. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Combining the Dish

  1. 6

    Combine Everything

Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine. Add the cooked meatballs, sliced chicken, and sautéed shrimp. Mix until everything is well coated with the sauce.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve Hot

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot, garnished with additional feta cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
