Prepare the Avocados
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mix Ingredients
Add lime juice, minced garlic, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, salt, and ground cumin to the mashed avocado. Stir until well combined.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the guacamole and adjust salt or lime juice as needed. Set aside.
Salsa

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine diced tomatoes, diced red onion, minced jalapeño, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and salt.

Mix Well
Stir the salsa mixture until all ingredients are well distributed.

Taste and Adjust
Taste the salsa and adjust salt and lime juice as needed. Set aside.
Tortilla Chips

Cut Tortillas
Cut the corn tortillas into triangles, about 6 pieces per tortilla.

Heat Oil
In a deep pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until hot.

Fry the Chips
Carefully add tortilla triangles to the hot oil in batches. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Remove the chips with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Immediately sprinkle with salt to taste.
