Brewing the Tea
- 1
Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a rolling boil.
- 2
Steep Tea
Once the water is boiling, remove it from heat and add the black tea bags. Allow the tea to steep for about 5 minutes.
- 3
Remove Tea Bags
After steeping, remove the tea bags and discard them. The tea should be strong and flavorful.
Flavoring the Tea

Add Flavorings
Stir in 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of honey or sugar while the tea is still warm. Mix until fully dissolved.
