Pasta Preparation

Cook the Fettuccine
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Blanch the Broccoli
In the last 2 minutes of the pasta cooking, add broccoli florets to the boiling water. Allow them to blanch, then drain along with the pasta.

Make the Alfredo Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Combine Dairy Ingredients
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cream cheese until melted and smooth.

Season the Sauce
Add salt and black pepper to taste. Stir to combine well.

Combine Pasta, Broccoli, and Sauce
Add the drained fettuccine and blanched broccoli to the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat evenly.

Gently fold in the cooked meatballs, sliced chicken, and shrimp. Heat through for a few minutes.

Serve the Fettuccine Broccoli Alfredo hot, garnished with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
