Make the Dough
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and salt. Gradually add water and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth. Finally, incorporate the oil into the dough and knead for another minute. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Roll and Cook the Parathas
After the dough has rested, divide it into equal-sized balls (about the size of a golf ball). Take one ball, flatten it slightly, and roll it out into a circle on a floured surface. Place a spoonful of the banana filling in the center of the rolled dough. Fold the edges over to seal the filling inside and gently roll it out again to form a flat paratha.

Serve the Banana Paratha
Once cooked, remove the parathas from the skillet and place them on a plate. Drizzle Nutella over the top and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired. Serve warm.
