Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Melt Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar and brown sugar until well combined.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Add Chocolate Chips
Fold in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Add Toppings
Remove the brownies from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows, chopped walnuts, and chocolate chips on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are puffed and lightly golden.
