Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, fresh rosemary, and lemon juice. Mix well to create a marinade.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Place the pork ribeye steaks in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the steaks. Ensure they are fully coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C).

  4. 4

    Grill the Pork

Remove the pork from the marinade and allow excess marinade to drip off. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

  5. 5

    Rest and Serve

Once cooked, remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
