Prepare the Salmon
Rub each salmon fillet with olive oil and then coat generously with blackening seasoning on all sides.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and has a blackened crust. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and diced avocado.
