Prepare the potatoes
Begin by boiling the fingerling potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Make the sauce
In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add wine and mussels
Pour in the white wine, add salt, and bring to a simmer. Add the cleaned mussels to the pot, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes until mussels open.

Add salame and tomatoes
Stir in the diced salame piccante and cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
